According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, Arash Beikpour, referring to this increase, said: the 52% growth in the area of issued completion certificates on Kish Island is the result of creating a facilitative environment, unblocking projects, a logical and pragmatic approach to issues, and removing obstacles facing the projects.
He added: a problem‑solving approach in various sections of the organization has led to the resolution of many project obstacles and issues, and the effects of these actions can be seen in the significant increase in the area of issued completion certificates.
According to a comparative report, the area of issued completion certificates increased from 483,000 square meters in the comparable previous period to 737,000 square meters in the new management period, indicating a 52.6% growth.
The area of issued building permits was 697,000 square meters in the period before the current 22‑month management period, which has reached 764,000 square meters, showing an increase of 9.6%.
It is worth noting that this increase in activities occurred while 6 months of the 22‑month period on Kish Island were under sensitive and wartime conditions.
