According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, this public gathering was held with a speech by Brigadier General Pasdar Ahmad Zolghadr, Senior Advisor to the Commander‑in‑Chief of the IRGC, and the presence of Hojjatoleslam wal‑Muslimeen Alireza Biniaz, the Friday Prayer Leader of Kish, some officials of the Kish Free Zone Organization and a number of commanders and military and law enforcement officials of the island.
Brigadier General Pasdar Ahmad Zolghadr, Senior Advisor to the Commander‑in‑Chief of the IRGC, in part of his remarks at this gathering, referring to the continued presence of people at Sahel Square in Kish and other public gatherings in the country, said: Today God Almighty is witness that this presence is an example of the accompaniment of the people of Iran from Sarakhs to Shadegan and from Germi to Chabahar; a presence that has brought a large part of the people of Iran together.
He added: Throughout history it is seldom possible to find an example where people for nearly seven months, in various weather conditions and despite differences in tastes, views and orientations, have been present on the scene with a common goal.
The senior advisor to the Commander‑in‑Chief of the IRGC continued: The people of Iran, despite various differences, share views on dear Iran, the ideals of the great martyred Imam, support for the leadership and defense of the values they believe in, and this issue is a sign of the deep bond of the people with these ideals.
Zolghadr, referring to the history of the presence of the people of Iran at various historical junctures, said: This steadfastness is not limited to one period and the nation of Iran has always been present on the scene since the years of the formation of the Islamic Revolution, the events before the victory of the Revolution and the Sacred Defense era.
In this gathering, the people of Kish, by attending Sahel Square, chanting various slogans and accompanying different parts of the program, including performing commemorative plays and holding an exhibition for Sacred Defense Week, created an enthusiastic night together.
