According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, continuing the ongoing inspections of trades and service centers, a joint inspection patrol attended by the deputy prosecutor and representatives of relevant agencies visited a number of commercial, service and automotive units.

In these visits, the manner of trades' operation, status of economic activity licenses, compliance with trade regulations, methods of providing services and offering goods, pricing and handling of public complaints were examined.

Also, a number of repair shops and car showrooms were inspected and issues such as compliance with regulations in vehicle purchase and sale, verification of ownership, prevention of selling others' property and operation of units without licenses were considered.

During the continued visits, one automotive service unit was sealed due to identified violations and other observed cases were placed on the agenda for investigation and legal action.

Also, the status of service and trade units regarding respect for citizens' and consumers' rights, prevention of overpricing and compliance with requirements related to the supply of standard food and hygienic goods was reviewed.

The Trade Management of the Kish Free Zone Organization, emphasizing the continuation of inspection patrols, announced that the method of offering goods and services, adherence to trade regulations, status of activity licenses and public reports and complaints are continuously reviewed.

The Trade Management of the Kish Free Zone Organization invites Kish residents and tourists to report any trade or economic violations via the 124 system so that received reports are reviewed within the framework of regulations and, as appropriate, necessary legal actions are taken by the relevant authorities.
