Samsung unveiled its 2026 generation of smart home appliances called “Bespoke AI”; a lineup whose most important member is a refrigerator equipped with artificial intelligence that can recognize the food inside it and suggest recipes based on them.
According to ITNA, this new product line was introduced at an event in Gurugram, India, and includes refrigerators and air conditioners equipped with advanced AI and SmartThings capabilities.
Samsung says these products are part of the company’s efforts to further personalize and reduce energy consumption in connected home technology.
Family Hub refrigerator with a 32‑inch display
The standout product in this collection is the Family Hub refrigerator equipped with Google Gemini AI vision technology, which has a 32‑inch display and offers features such as “Video-to-Recipe” and “AI Food Manager.”
This refrigerator can identify the food items present, suggest recipes, and alert the user when food expiration dates are approaching. Localized features like Family Care and Pet Care are also available on it.
Air conditioners with lower energy consumption
Alongside the refrigerator, the Bespoke AI WindFree Pro air conditioner was introduced with AI-based controls and a PM1.0 air purification system.
Another model, the Infinite 1-Way Cassette, provides 17,200 micro-vent cooling without direct airflow, and its AI energy mode can reduce power consumption by up to 30 percent.
According to Samsung, the company’s AI Home ecosystem is built on four pillars: understanding the user, adapting to their needs, device connectivity, and caring for users.
New Bixby and user voice recognition
The new version of the Bixby voice assistant is released with voice control and Voice ID capabilities that can identify users individually.
The Family Care service on the SmartThings platform also alerts the user if it detects unusual activity, and users with Galaxy wearables can use the Wearable Good Sleep feature to adjust cooling according to their sleep cycle.

The Infinite 1-Way Cassette air conditioner is offered in three models - 3.6, 5.2, and 7.1 kW - with a starting price of 160,000 rupees.
