Mohammad Mohsen Sadr, in a television program and apologizing to the public for disruptions and slowness of the self-declaration system, stated: due to the high volume of visits, the system experienced slowness at times, part of which was related to establishing connections between the National Window for Smart Government Services and other systems, but currently the system status is suitable and we hope the service delivery process will improve.
Referring to the registration statistics, he added: by the time of this interview, more than four million two hundred thousand household heads had visited the system and completed their self-declaration process.
The head of Iran's Information Technology Organization, emphasizing that only household heads who have received an SMS should visit the system, said: we request that people, to prevent crowding and facilitate the information registration process, act according to the announced schedule.
Sadr explained the schedule for household heads' visits: those whose national ID final digit is 0 or 1 should visit on Wednesday; those whose final digit is 2, 3, or 4 should visit on Thursday; and those whose final digit is 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 should visit on Friday.
He stated that the self-declaration deadline has been extended until 24:00 on Friday and said: people should not worry; if needed, the necessary time will be allocated to register the self-declaration of all individuals. Of course, the Plan and Budget Organization is the main authority for determining the deadline and, if necessary, the possibility of further extension will be considered.
The head of Iran's Information Technology Organization also asked those whose self-declaration has been successfully registered to refrain from revisiting the system. After successful registration of the information, a final message indicating the registration and issuance of a tracking code will be sent to the applicant. Therefore, those who have received this message and have a tracking code do not need to revisit or recheck the status of their information registration. Avoiding repeated visits will help reduce system congestion and provide the opportunity for other household heads to register their information. / ISNA
