According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, Ahmad Darvish, Human Resources Director of the Kish Free Zone Organization, at the end of a question-and-answer session with applicants of the organization’s recruitment exam through the 124 system, referring to the planning made for holding this exam, said: initial planning for holding the recruitment exam began in mid-last year and its aim is to attract specialist personnel in fields for which the Kish Free Zone Organization needs their expertise and capabilities.

He added: given the conditions that arose in the country, holding the exam at the predicted time was not possible, and after the necessary conditions were provided, the process of holding the exam was again placed on the agenda.

The Human Resources Director of the Kish Free Zone Organization, stating that the registration call for the exam was published on 29 Tir, said: the initially planned exam date was 23 Mordad, which, given multiple requests from candidates and its concurrence with Arbaeen of Husayn and some religious occasions, changed to 5 or 6 Shahrivar, the exact date of which will be announced later.

Answering the most important questions of exam candidates

Darvish, referring to the topics raised in the response session, emphasized: a significant portion of candidates’ questions were about the compatibility of academic majors with jobs, how to benefit from veterans’ advantages and local recruitment, and also the exam subjects, many of which have been answered in the frequently asked questions section of the exam system.

He stated that the registration deadline for the recruitment exam is 15 Mordad and referred to the exam sources, stressing: in recruitment exams the sources are usually announced in general terms and introducing a specific booklet or book is not the usual practice. Candidates can prepare by referring to related university sources, existing specialized content and samples of questions from periodic recruitment exams.

Hiring based on ability and competence

The Human Resources Director of the Kish Free Zone Organization, referring to the organization’s approach in the recruitment process, said: the organization’s goal is to use capable personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills in the required specialized areas, and candidates will be evaluated according to the stages foreseen in the exam.

He added: the experience of holding past recruitment exams, including the 1403 exam, shows that the organization, on the path to recruiting its required personnel, has sought to utilize the capacities of individuals with the necessary abilities and competencies.

Darvish invited all candidates who consider themselves qualified and possessing the necessary capabilities to participate in this exam with preparation and stated: success in this path depends on the level of preparation, abilities and competencies of individuals.

Continued responses to applicants until the exam is held

The Human Resources Director of the Kish Free Zone Organization, expressing gratitude for the cooperation of the Inspection Directorate and Public Relations of the Kish Free Zone Organization in holding this response session, said: all questions raised in this session will be published on the organization’s website and the exam system after compilation so that applicants can access the answers to the questions.

Darvish, appreciating the efforts and role-playing of the contract staff of the organization’s cooperative company, described these personnel as valuable assets of the organization and said: many of these colleagues possess high ability, expertise and competence and in specialized fields, alongside other employees, work towards realizing the organization’s missions and providing services to Kish residents.

He, emphasizing the necessity of addressing these personnel’s demands, added: the organization considers itself obliged to take special measures to improve the salary and wage conditions of these colleagues and to appreciate their sincere efforts.

Darvish also, referring to the fact that changing the contract status of the cooperative company’s specialized personnel is one of the frequent demands and questions of employees, stated: the organization is determined to hold an exam for changing the status of these personnel and, given the anticipation of this matter in the 1405 budget notes, necessary correspondence with the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones has been made to obtain permission and this matter will be pursued seriously until reaching a final result.
