He added: Of the total 32 cases and projects reviewed in the Obstacle Removal Commission, 18 cases reached a result and four other cases were also concluded in recent months which, after final stages, will enter the implementation phase.

Mosalmkhani, emphasizing the importance of these actions, said: Resolving these cases has paved the way for projects to return to the execution track and for the activation of the island's economic capacities, and it is planned that the remaining cases will also be resolved by the end of the year.

Referring to the organization's plan to organize contractors' claims, he said: By using the capacity to convert assets and obtaining necessary permits, a model has been designed that allows settlement of contractors' claims without using the organization's cash resources and can also pave the way for new project implementation.

The Deputy for Development and Infrastructure of the Kish Free Zone Organization, referring to the design of investment packages in the form of public-private partnership, added: In this model, the island's large development projects are placed alongside attractive investment schemes so that while creating added value for investors, infrastructure projects are implemented more quickly.

He cited completion of the 132-kilovolt power network, future-required island infrastructure projects, and schemes such as a recreational pier among the projects that can be pursued using private sector participation capacity.
