Diplomat Mall

Diplomat Mall is located on the western coastal strip opposite the Arab Market; a seven-story complex with 270 units that is in a way the second phase of the Diplomat commercial-office complex and the only luxury mall in the west of the island. The complex is built on a land area of 22,000 square meters and has 7,500 square meters of usable space and five floors with 270 booths; in the first phase the ground, first and third floors have been activated with commercial uses and an amusement arcade, and in the second phase the third floor will be allocated to sporting brands and the fourth floor to restaurants and coffee shops. This project, emphasizing cultural, entertainment and recreational activities, includes a library, a venue for Shahnameh reading, puppet and theater performances, booths offering cultural and artistic products, and an amusement arcade equipped with engineering devices and computer games for accompanied children, and provides facilities for occupational experiences such as cooking and physical and intellectual activities for children; part of these facilities has been prepared in the first phase and other parts will be put into operation in the second phase.
