Fresh information about Apple's next-generation flagship phones has been released, suggesting the iPhone 18 Pro may be offered in a different mix of colors. According to these reports, Apple might make notable changes to the color options for the new professional iPhone models, including the possible return of black, which was absent in previous models.
Apple is preparing to unveil its new iPhone generation at a highly anticipated event in September. While various details about the design and potential specifications of the new models have emerged in recent weeks, the iPhone 18 Pro color palette has also become a focus for leakers.
According to information posted by the Fixed Focus Digital account on the social network Weibo, the iPhone 18 Pro may be available in three colors: burgundy, sky blue, and black.
This claim differs from some earlier reports. Previously, there were reports about a possible silver version alongside the new colors, but the new report indicates that this color may not make the final list of iPhone 18 Pro options.
Possible removal of silver from the iPhone 18 Pro
According to this leaker, the presence of silver in the final iPhone 18 Pro lineup seems "unlikely." In additional comments, they stated they have not yet seen reliable evidence confirming the existence of this color among the new generation's options.
If this information is accurate, Apple may depart from the previous generation's color mix for the iPhone 18 Pro and offer different options to users.
Sky blue; a familiar color in Apple's products
Although sky blue is listed among the possible iPhone 18 Pro colors, it is not entirely unfamiliar in Apple's products. The company has previously used similar shades in some of its products, including certain iPhone Air and MacBook Air models.
Because this color is light, under normal lighting conditions it can appear somewhat close to silver and could be an attractive option for users who prefer a bright, minimalist look.
Possible return of black after a year
Among the mentioned colors, the possible return of black has attracted more attention. Some users had expressed dissatisfaction with the absence of black or space gray among the iPhone 17 Pro color options.
If the new information is accurate, the return of black to the iPhone 18 Pro color list could be one of the notable changes of this generation and represent Apple's response to requests from a group of users for the return of more classic colors.
Of course, it should be noted that the information released about the iPhone 18 Pro colors is still in the realm of rumors and leaker reports, and until Apple's official unveiling, the final color lineup cannot be stated with certainty.
