Attached hereto is Circular No. 200/1403/7 dated 1403/03/21 of the Tax Affairs Organization concerning the allowance for good account regarding Article (189) of the Direct Taxes Law, which is being sent. The said Organization, in order to create uniformity of procedure in the implementation of the provisions of the mentioned article and in relation to providing the conditions described in the attached circular for benefiting from the related advantages and also to guarantee the implementation of income concealment reduction, has taken action.
