In this meeting, the received calls were mainly dedicated to infrastructural and communication issues, internet service quality, data consumption and mobile network coverage in various parts of the island, and the requests raised were placed on the agenda for review and follow-up.
Emphasis on Recording Communication Problems to Speed Up Handling
At the end of this meeting, Mohammad Azizi, expressing gratitude for Kish residents’ participation in the “Response Sundays” plan, stated: the majority of today’s calls related to internet quality, data consumption and mobile network coverage, and we ask citizens to register their communication problems according to their location through the operators’ systems and obtain a tracking code so that a more precise review and faster response can be made possible.
