Samsung will unveil a new member of the Galaxy S26 family next Thursday, August 27 (5 Shahrivar), at the "Galaxy Event August 2026." The phone is expected to be the Galaxy S26 FE.
The event will be streamed live on Samsung's website and YouTube channel and is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon Greenwich Mean Time.
Although Samsung has not officially announced the name of the new phone, available evidence suggests the product will indeed be the Galaxy S26 FE.
However, Samsung has not yet released official details about the new FE series phone.
Possible specifications of the Galaxy S26 FE
According to GSMArena, an EPREL label attributed to the Galaxy S26 FE has been leaked. Based on the information on this label, the phone received an A rating for energy efficiency, an A rating for drop resistance, and a C rating for repairability.
It is said that the Galaxy S26 FE's battery is designed for 1,200 charge cycles and can keep the phone powered for up to 50 hours on a single charge. This is while the Galaxy S25 FE is designed for 2,000 charge cycles and, according to published information, its uptime is 42 hours and 37 minutes.
The Galaxy S26 FE will also feature an IP68 rating, which guarantees the device's resistance to dust and water.
