According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, this match will be held coinciding with the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and in the early days of the Kish Festival 05, and well-known and popular figures such as Mohammad Navazi, Behrouz Rahbarifard, Mohsen Bengar, Meysam Bao, Mehdi Amirabadi, Amin Manouchehri, Gholamreza Rezaei, Reza Nourmohammadi, Saman Aghazamani, Davood Haghi and Bahman Tahmasebi will participate in this match.
The pre-derby of the two rivals will be held at 21:00 on Sunday, 8 Shahrivar, on Football Ground No. 1 of the Kish Olympic Complex. The ground is known as the country's only hybrid football pitch and is considered one of the island's prominent sports facilities.
It is noted that the 107th derby between Persepolis and Esteghlal will be held on Wednesday, 11 Shahrivar, and the veterans' pre-derby of the two teams in Kish, a few days before this match, provides an opportunity to gather the enduring figures of Iranian football on the island.
