According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of the Kish Free Zone Organization, this project was inaugurated and put into operation in the presence of Mohammad Kabiri, CEO of the Kish Free Zone Organization, Captain Abuzar Ghorban Shiroodi, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Head of the Civil Aviation Organization.
The Boeing 737 flight simulator project was implemented in a space of one thousand square meters and five million dollars in foreign currency investment was made to launch it.
With the commissioning of this complex, a new capacity has been created for specialized aviation training and simulation of flight conditions with the Boeing 737 aircraft on Kish Island; a capacity that can play an effective role in enhancing professional skills, developing specialized training and strengthening the infrastructure of the aviation industry.
The launch of this simulator is an effective step towards developing the training capacities of the aviation industry on Kish Island and provides a suitable ground for expanding specialized activities in this field.
Also at the commissioning ceremony of this project, Seyed Hamidreza Sanei, Deputy for Aviation and International Affairs of the Civil Aviation Organization, Ramin Azari, Director General of Mehrabad Airport, the CEO of Atlas Airlines, deputies of the Kish Free Zone Organization, CEOs of the organization's subsidiary companies, the Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Kish, heads of Kish communities and a number of island managers and officials were present.
This project is among the plans that have been commissioned within the framework of the island's development project opening program from Government Week to Kish Day.
