Kish Grand Recreational Pier

The Kish Grand Recreational Pier was constructed by Iranian specialists using metal pile foundations and a wooden deck with four ancillary spaces. This pier, 437 meters long, 18 meters wide and covering an area of 10,000 square meters, has had no destructive impact on marine habitats, and tourists can enjoy natural scenery and the colorful and diverse fish of Kish's coral shores by strolling on this pier. The first phase of the Kish Grand Recreational Pier was built in a short period of twenty months and was inaugurated on 27 July 2006. In the ancillary spaces of this pier various restaurants and teahouses are built and most marine recreational services are offered to tourists on this pier. This pier is located at the end of Darya Boulevard. The recreational pier is one of the main recreational centers of Kish Island which, due to the presence of the sea, the beach and its adjacency to other recreational centers, can be a good place to spend leisure time and make use of all the facilities around it. In this coastal area, in addition to watching the sea and walking on its sandy beach, tourists can use the services of boats and aquarium vessels, cycling, restaurants, coffee shops and food buffets.
